Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Cambridge Health. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, family members, and visitors, while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
- Manage the front desk area, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate office or resident room
- Operate the paging/telephone system, ensuring seamless communication
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Assist with mail distribution, supply ordering, and other tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of clerical and phone experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
This role requires frequent interaction with residents, family members, and visitors, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
