Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: You will supervise and manage a team of Front Office staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
- Operations Management: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including the Front Desk, Concierge, PBX, Gate House, Guest Services, and Night Audit.
- Guest Service: You will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing the Front Office budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and that revenue is maximized.
- Training and Development: You will provide training and development opportunities to your team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
- Education: A minimum of a two-year college degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a Front Office role, preferably in a luxury resort environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
