Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have experience using paychecks and understand processing piece work and job costing.

Additionally, you should possess service-based or construction company experience, allowing you to effectively navigate complex payroll scenarios.

The ideal candidate will be able to operate independently with minimal daily direction and work collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

Education and Certifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant certifications, such as the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation, are advantageous but not necessary.

Work Environment: This is an in-office position with regular working hours, Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM.
