Compensation Processor Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Processor to join our team. This is a fully onsite position in Phoenix, AZ.
About the Role
This role will be responsible for processing payroll checks, payroll advices, W-2's and garnishment checks. The primary responsibilities include printing files, running inserting and postage machines, and creating shipping documents (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Process payrolls/FAO/Garnishments/Benefits and incoming mail using instructions supplied
- Operate inserting and postage machines
- Operate shipping stations
- Maintains required written records, files and documentation
- Follow and maintain 5S standards
- Work on special projects as assigned by the Fulfillment Manager
Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Seasonal overtime may be required during peak periods such as during the W-2 printing window.
Benefits
As a Compensation Processor with us, you can expect a competitive salary range of $21.00 - $21.00 per hour, plus eligibility for various benefits, including medical, dental & vision, critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short and long-term disability, health spending account, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, and time off/leave.
