About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Blood Collection Staff - Customer Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our blood collection operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our team to transport and set up equipment at collection sites in local communities.
  • Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for volunteer donors.
  • Follow all safety procedures while collecting lifesaving blood donations.
  • Utilize your healthcare and/or customer service skills to assist with every step of the blood collection process.
What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
  • A current, valid driver's license with good driving record is required.
  • DOT certification may be required in some locations.
