About the Role:

As a Blood Collection Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our blood donation centers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued throughout the donation process. You will also be responsible for setting up and tearing down equipment, collaborating with your team to meet collection goals, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with your team to set up and tear down equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient donation process.
  • Meet or exceed collection goals, working closely with your team to achieve targets.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills.
  • A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • DOT certification may be required in some locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience.
  • Prior leadership experience.
