Key Responsibilities
  • Execute work orders within specified timeframes.
  • Complete apartment turnovers within 5 days of tenant move-out.
  • Inspect buildings and repair mechanical systems to comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct maintenance on electrical systems, including replacing bulbs and repairing circuit panels.
  • Oversee plumbing and heating system repairs.
  • Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings.
  • Repair locks, locking mechanisms, doors, and controllers.
  • Maintain documentation for fire safety equipment and building systems.
  • Perform manual repairs as needed, such as fixing locks and replacing windows.
  • Engage in ongoing training for technical, safety, and operational processes.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Document work performance and materials procurement as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, CMRP) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of general maintenance practices and techniques.
  • Familiarity with tools, appliances, and devices.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
