Position Overview:
The Senior Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will oversee multiple buildings on the Washington/Romeo campus, collaborating closely with the Facilities Manager and Senior Facilities Specialist.

This role involves supporting operations, testing and validation, as well as shipping and receiving through effective preventative and predictive maintenance strategies. The supervisor will also be responsible for documenting and reporting maintenance statuses while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular preventative maintenance on a weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring documentation aligns with business standards.
2. Execute necessary repairs to maintain Washington/Romeo facilities, including coordinating with external resources.
3. Track and report equipment uptime, utilizing this data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance processes.
4. Manage logistics, including the transportation of parts and equipment.
5. Support the water treatment program and assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
6. Undertake various projects as assigned by the organization.
Candidate Profile:
1. Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
2. Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical systems, and fabrication techniques.
3. Strong organizational and team-building capabilities.
4. Basic proficiency in computer applications.
