Position Overview:
Promote the timely and profitable execution of all services, consistently exceeding company benchmarks for quality and customer satisfaction.

Maintain market leadership by encouraging staff development and continuously improving business processes. Ensure effective management of staffing, training, documentation, inventory, equipment procurement, maintenance, record keeping, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage a collaborative environment aligned with the Vision, Mission, and Core Values of the organization.
  • Oversee all carpet and floor cleaning or restoration services offered by the company.
  • Support the company's growth by developing current personnel and aiding in the recruitment and selection of new, skilled leaders.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts in the insurance sector, trade associations, training providers, vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and the community.
  • Achieve or surpass established goals for responding to and completing loss estimates.
  • Coordinate resource allocation of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors with the scheduling team.
  • Manage estimates from subcontractors.
  • Prepare job estimates.
  • Order necessary materials for projects and coordinate their delivery to job sites.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of prior experience in restoration and carpet cleaning team leadership

Licenses/Certifications:

  • WRT Certification (Preferred)
  • OSHA 30 (Preferred)

Compensation:
$25.00 per hour
