Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all carpet and floor cleaning or restoration services provided by the company.
  • Support the company's growth by nurturing existing talent and aiding in the recruitment of new leaders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance sector, trade associations, training providers, vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and the local community.
  • Achieve or surpass set goals for responding to and completing loss estimates.
  • Coordinate resource allocation for technicians, laborers, and subcontractors in collaboration with the scheduling team.
  • Manage estimates from subcontractors and prepare job estimates.
  • Order necessary materials for projects and ensure timely delivery to job sites.

Compensation Overview:
