- We are looking for a detail-oriented, friendly, and proficient Maintenance Supervisor/Assistant to join our team.
Experience in basic maintenance and property upkeep is preferred. Background in the storage sector is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Addressing maintenance and service inquiries by efficiently repairing and restoring storage facilities within established quality and timeframes.
- Assisting in preparing vacant units for incoming tenants.
- Maintaining the overall aesthetics and cleanliness of the properties by caring for grounds, amenities, building interiors/exteriors, market-ready units, communal areas, and more.
- Promptly reporting any deficiencies or safety concerns.
- Preparing units for occupancy by performing various light electrical, carpentry, flooring, and other maintenance and repair tasks.
- Organizing and maintaining tools, equipment, and workspace, requesting replacements when necessary, and aiding with inventory management.
- Being available for on-call rotations.
- Carrying out other assigned tasks as needed.
Supporting office managers with customer transactions, unit rentals, and other administrative responsibilities when required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
- Possessing reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various sites.
