Overview:


This position serves as a foundational management role, focusing on the oversight and direction of a designated team to ensure operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and within budgetary constraints.


Key Responsibilities:
Familiarizes and complies with organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Monitors and enforces safety protocols within the division.
Capable of leading and managing all aspects of daily operations related to HRI Agriculture.

Oversees team movements to and from job sites, as well as activities within the workshop, including the management of tools and equipment.

Facilitates employee training, coaching, and development plans, alongside managing performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Assigns tasks to team members, ensuring work quality meets or surpasses established standards.
Supervises the maintenance and cleanliness of equipment.
Plans and coordinates maintenance and repairs for field equipment and facilities.
Keeps accurate service records for all equipment.

Collaborates with division staff to align with customer requirements, ensuring trained personnel are available for job backfills as necessary.

Assists in the recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of division personnel, ensuring effective onboarding processes.
Ensures timely communication with management and corporate offices, fulfilling all administrative obligations.
Supports the Manager in the formulation and implementation of policies and procedures.
Expected to engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting, unloading, and operating various tools and machinery.
Works collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.
Operates vehicles and small machinery.
Ensures the proper care and usage of company equipment.
Assists in the preparation and presentation of project bids.
Performs additional related duties as required.
Qualifications

Educational Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Preferred experience in construction, electrical work, landscaping, agriculture, or similar outdoor fields.

Skills and Knowledge:


This advanced role necessitates the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse environments and to comprehend and execute instructions.

Must be proficient or willing to learn to operate tools and equipment, including but not limited to: pulleys, vises, hand and power tools, mechanical rollers, acetylene tanks, wooden blocks, steel shackles, welding apparatus, grinders, hydraulic jacks, steel chains, portable lighting, tractors, forklifts, and generators.


Travel Requirements:
Must be prepared for extended hours and travel up to 75% of the time.
Ability to drive for prolonged periods.
