As a member of the Customer Success team at Meter Service, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients derive maximum value from our offerings. Your focus will be on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, overseeing contract renewals, and uncovering opportunities for upselling. We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. This is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to the evolution of internet infrastructure.
Your Contributions Will Include
- Assisting in the development and scaling of Meter Service's Customer Success operations and its influence on the overall client journey.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients during their initial setup.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of Meter Service's small to medium-sized business clients.
- Driving growth and expansion within our existing client base.
- Collaborating with Support, Engineering, and Operations teams to address urgent client concerns.
- Enhancing Meter Service's reputation across various industries by gathering client testimonials.
- Providing valuable customer insights to internal teams to refine our products and services.
- Resolving technical issues for clients, particularly those with IT or development backgrounds, using our technical solutions.
- Utilizing your entrepreneurial spirit, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills to make a significant impact in a dynamic and evolving environment.
At Meter Service, we view our compensation package as a blend of salary, equity, benefits, and the invaluable experience of working alongside a talented team to make a significant impact in your career.
- The estimated salary range for this position is $85,500 - $147,000.
- This role is also eligible for participation in Meter Service's equity plan.
