Job Description

Evergreen Services Group is a leading holding company that acquires and operates B2B services companies across North America. As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our operating companies in the wealth management space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide ongoing support to high-net-worth clients, including account maintenance and administration
  • Serve as a liaison between our company and custodian partners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Complete daily administrative tasks and update internal systems to ensure accurate and efficient client service
  • Answer phones and direct calls as needed, providing exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of RIA Operations/Client Service experience
  • Basic financial services knowledge and experience
  • Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • CRM, portfolio account software, and custodian web-interface experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow through on projects
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
