Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and security of client, server, networks, and software systems in a hybrid-cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience supporting and administering Windows operating systems, as well as experience administering M365 and related software. Cloud administration experience, specifically Microsoft Azure, AWS, and other SaaS solutions, is also highly desirable.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, securing, implementing, supporting, and managing personal computer solutions, as well as diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently. They will also be responsible for understanding cybersecurity principles and best practices, including implementing security measures, managing access controls, and addressing/patching vulnerabilities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ year experience in an IT Systems Administrator (or equivalent) role serving small to medium enterprises.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and end-users.
  • Professional certifications from Microsoft and Amazon are desirable.
