Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Jewelry Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Jobot. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-end retail environment, providing exceptional customer service while selling exquisite jewelry, watches, and colored fashion jewelry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following up on satisfaction, and recognizing customer needs.
  • Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services to build sales and minimize returns.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Participate in ongoing training regarding product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Handle all transactions efficiently and accurately, including sales, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Participate in store events, including promotional activities and special events.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in jewelry sales or a similar role in the luxury retail sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures and basic retail management practices.
  • Ability to work 10-5, five days a week, including every Saturday, with Sundays and one weekday off.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.
