About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Jewelry Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Jobot.

This is a full-time position that requires a commitment to excellence, a love for luxury goods, and a desire to create memorable shopping experiences for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following up on satisfaction and recognizing customer needs.
  • Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services to build sales and minimize returns.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Participate in ongoing training regarding product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Handle all transactions efficiently and accurately, including sales, exchanges and refunds.
  • Participate in store events, including promotional activities and special events.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in jewelry sales or a similar role in the luxury retail sector.
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures and basic retail management practices.
  • Ability to work 10-5, five days a week including every Saturday with Sundays + one weekday off.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.
