Job Title: Training and Leadership Development Coordinator

Resilience, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the mental health of students and reducing social issues. Our mission is to teach Social Emotional Learning tools to every school in the country.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Training and Leadership Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will lead a cross-functional team and ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the department director in running the department and making improvements.
  • Proactively engage with the executive team to develop a high-performing work environment.
  • Oversee the development of Resilience, Inc. by partnering with other leaders and project managers.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to ensure each department is maintained and goals are being achieved.
  • Support staff through training, facilitating, and communications.
Requirements
  • Experience leading a team in the professional or academic world.
  • Experience in leadership or management preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
