About the Role

The Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator position, requiring a high level of leadership and customer service skills. As a Key Carrier, you will alternate between performing the role of Coordinator and taking on a leadership role in maintaining all aspects of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leadership: Act as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedure, and ensuring that store team members perform tasks and activities in accordance with store plan.
  • Team Management: Ensure accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience, and provide feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates.
  • Operational Procedures: Ensure that opening and closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Communication: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities, and provide progress updates.
Requirements
  • Availability: Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and Associates.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
