Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and mentor Site Leads and Security Personnel.
- Verify payroll accuracy.
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly work assignments and schedules.
- Provide guidance during assigned shifts to implement security and safety protocols.
- Ensure adherence to post orders, completion of patrols, and filing of reports/logs.
- Actively lead, manage, and develop team members.
- Evaluate departmental functions, proposing enhancements for improved efficiency.
- Assist in the investigation of incidents, accidents, and unlawful activities.
- Collaborate with various departments and leadership within HPG to effectively manage your portfolio of locations.
- Inspire and ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Cultivate client and tenant relationships to fulfill their requirements.
- Offer strategic direction for all internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (degree preferred).
- 3-4 years of supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment.
- State of Georgia 24-hour Unarmed Guard certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of security experience.
- Clean criminal background.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Capable of writing analytical reports and proofreading team members' reports.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
