Key Responsibilities:

As a Guest Services Security Ambassador, you will be expected to:

  • Exhibit a professional appearance and provide superior customer service.
  • Have at least one year of recent experience as a certified security officer in a customer-facing environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and visitors; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Understand and execute policies and procedures while responding to verbal and written instructions.
  • Maintain composure and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Prepare clear and accurate reports using incident report software.

Technical Skills: Candidates should be proficient in operating Access Control Systems (familiarity with C-CURE 9000 is preferred) and have the ability to navigate security software applications and utilize email.

Training Requirements: Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening is mandatory. Additionally, candidates must complete a 24-hour Basic Security Officer Training Course.
