Job Description:

**Job Title:** Security Operations Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team at Defense and Awareness Security. As a Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our sites, ensuring the safety of our personnel and assets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Security Staff: Lead and manage a team of security officers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct Site Inspections: Regularly inspect sites to ensure they are secure, well-maintained, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and Implement Security Plans: Create and implement security plans to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of our personnel and assets.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Security Equipment: Oversee the maintenance and repair of security equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Other Teams: Work closely with other teams, such as operations and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of security officers.
  • Security Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, with a focus on site management and supervision.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
