Job Summary

Ellsworth Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and new business opportunities in the ESR Group, located near Richmond, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and prospecting

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

• Conduct plant audits and provide technical support to customers

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service initiatives

Requirements

• 3 years of related industrial experience and/or training

• Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups

• Proficiency in database software, internet software, inventory software, project management software, spreadsheet software, CRM software, and word processing software

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
