The Role

We're seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bills, including entering into NetSuite, 3-way matching, and requesting payment approval
  • Maintain vendor information and paperless files
  • Process 1099s annually
  • Create and reconcile prepaid schedules
  • Support other accounts payable related activities
  • Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures
  • Run weekly AP aging report
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 2+ years experience working in an accounting field
  • Basic knowledge of accrual accounting
  • Excellent computer literacy with capability in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent knowledge and experience using G-Suite of products (Docs, Sheets etc.)
  • Experience using NetSuite preferred
  • Well organized, detail oriented, and diligent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
