Job Summary

Almirall is seeking a skilled sales professional to drive business growth and expand our presence in the dermatology market. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with dermatologists and healthcare staff to educate them on our product portfolio and promote our brand.
  • Work closely with customers to provide solutions to their specific needs and preferences.
  • Achieve weekly sales call requirements and meet or exceed defined sales objectives.
  • Properly manage company property and resources, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive environment, utilizing this knowledge to maximize selling opportunities.
  • Utilize data trends to understand the dynamics within your assigned territory and implement strategies to drive results.
  • Some overnight travel may be required for training and/or company-sponsored meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 2-5 years of successful pharmaceutical sales or sales experience, preferably in dermatology.
  • Valid US driver's license and driving record in compliance with company standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and understand and accurately communicate clinical data and disease states.
  • Documented record of successfully achieving sales quotas.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically dermatology sales experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent success in sales performance, leadership, and/or increased responsibilities.
  • Product launch experience and ability to work in a highly competitive environment.
  • High level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency.
  • Aptitude for learning technical and scientific product-related information.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with high energy and ability to manage stress and multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
