About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Professional to join our team at Ichgcp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales revenue in line with assigned territory quota
- Maintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles
- Stay up-to-date with market knowledge and competitive products
- Maintain a professional image for Ichgcp and its products
- Participate in all required training and sales meetings
- Plan and organize territory to meet sales and call targets
- Make sales presentations and provide in-services to customers
- Maintain sample inventories, distribute samples, and comply with sample accountability procedures and policies
- Submit accurate and timely reports on sales activity, call activity, and expense reports
- Comply with promotional programs and use approved promotional materials and expense budgets
- Participate in in-office presentations, promotional speaker programs, and other events as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience
- Experience selling in the diabetes market is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Results-oriented and able to drive to tight timelines
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Customer focus (internal and external)
- High level of attention to detail
