Position Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is tasked with driving Business-to-Business sales of HVAC products and services. This role requires direct engagement with clients, addressing inquiries regarding offerings, and promoting products to both new and existing customers. The manager will utilize effective sales strategies to communicate the benefits and features of our products, ensuring customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved. Responsibilities include managing product support coordination and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients, distributors, and sales representatives to foster relationships and promote our HVAC solutions. (40%)
  2. Customer Liaison: Act as the primary contact between external clients and Samsung HVAC, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and exceeding client expectations. (20%)
  3. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with Sales Leaders to create and refine sales plans, target accounts, and key projects, including participation in joint calls and reporting to senior sales management. (15%)
  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records in Samsung HVAC's internal tracking systems. (10%)
  5. Sales Growth Planning: Develop and implement a regional sales growth strategy based on market analysis and project tracking. (10%)
  6. Market Analysis: Continuously gather competitive pricing information to ensure our offerings remain competitive. (5%)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with a certification in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
  • HVAC licenses and certifications are preferred.
  • 7 to 10 years of specialized sales experience in the HVAC industry.

Business Experience:

  • Proficiency in computer software, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business processes effectively.
  • Strong personnel management skills.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional customer service abilities and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in various training delivery methods.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet goals.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with extensive use of computers and communication devices.
  • Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional travel.
