Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Leadership Representative to join our team at Summit Business Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and mentoring new sales agents to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow business revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales staff to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide training and mentorship to new sales agents to develop their skills and achieve their targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • Strong sales and leadership skills with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and sales staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to travel regularly to meet with customers and sales staff
