Job Overview

Office Pride of Noblesville-Fishers is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive business growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for pursuing strategic accounts and developing relationships with key decision makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue medium to large-scale commercial cleaning contracts in the Medical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Professional verticals.
  • Establish relationships with executive-level decision makers through a multi-channel approach, including cold calling, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Secure opportunities to submit bids for commercial cleaning contracts.
  • Refine our outbound lead generation strategy using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in traditional and digital sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with executive-level decision makers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, LinkedIn, and social media for business development.
  • Experience in networking in industry groups and events.
  • Familiarity with professional cleaning/janitorial services a plus but not required.
Compensation
  • Base salary commensurate with experience.
  • Commission structure based on closed business.
