Lead Sales Representative

At Summit Business Group, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and mentoring new sales agents.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Mentor and train new sales agents, helping them develop their skills and achieve their targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Strong sales and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
