About the Role

As a Senior Analyst on the Performance and Insights team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client media investments. This position involves direct engagement with clients to assess the effectiveness of their media strategies, identify optimization opportunities, and foster innovation.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications regarding performance metrics and measurement methodologies.
  • Deliver high-quality, timely analyses and responses to client inquiries.
  • Develop actionable recommendations based on media campaign outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with clients, performance marketing teams, and agencies.
  • Stay informed on consumer trends and data insights to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Share successful analytical approaches and scalable solutions across teams.
Who You Are

You possess a four-year degree or equivalent experience, along with over four years of relevant expertise in Digital Media, Marketing, or Retail. Your skills include:

  • Proficient client engagement and relationship management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate advertising effectiveness and present insights.
  • Adept at synthesizing data to create compelling narratives.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital marketplace.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical.
  • A genuine curiosity about operational processes and a self-motivated approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization and web analytics tools.
