As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional communication and typing skills, multitasking in a fast-paced litigation environment, and managing technical office software and equipment. The ideal candidate has experience at scheduling and drafting notices of depositions and subpoenas, as well as drafting legal documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and vision insurance.
