Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-volume, fast-paced environments and will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory levels.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.
  • DOH Certification and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
