About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a key member of our real estate team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic real estate plans to drive business growth and optimize our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive real estate strategies to drive business growth and optimize our portfolio
  • Lead negotiations with real estate brokers, attorneys, and other stakeholders to secure optimal deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of real estate plans
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced real estate team members
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in real estate development, investment, or asset management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts
