24 Seven Talent is looking for a meticulous and process-oriented Project Coordinator to manage a series of promotional initiatives and branding strategies for a prominent Broadcast TV Network. This role is essential in ensuring that all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and meet established quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of promotional initiatives, including teasers, trailers, and brand launches. Ensure adherence to production timelines and budget constraints while delivering high-quality outputs.
- Budget Oversight: Manage financial tracking and budget allocations for project-related expenses. Ensure that all financial objectives are met through careful monitoring of costs.
- Logistical Planning: Develop and enhance logistical frameworks to improve workflow efficiency. Lead planning sessions and create comprehensive post-project reports, utilizing visual tools such as Gantt charts to illustrate project status.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact between the creative team and other divisions, including marketing and finance. Foster effective communication and teamwork to achieve project goals.
- Administrative Duties: Manage various administrative responsibilities, including onboarding processes for non-employees, scheduling for full-time staff, and handling vacation requests.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience in network promotion, creative production, and supervisory roles, particularly in A/V promotions and editorial.
- Strong familiarity with broadcasting, production, and marketing terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities, with a strong history of managing budgets and schedules.
- Proficient in tools such as Excel, Slack, and presentation software like Keynote and PowerPoint. Comfortable working with MAC systems.
- Solid understanding of editing and broadcast systems used in the production of promotional content.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership experience, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple tasks independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Airtable and similar project management tools.
Education:
A four-year college degree is required.
