- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of journalism and communication standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
- Familiarity with both digital and print media.
- Awareness of current industry trends, technology standards, and competitive landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field (not mandatory).
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate graphic design or marketing.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong grasp of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
