As a Preschool Educator, you will play a crucial role in fostering the growth and development of children, creating a collaborative and nurturing environment that promotes thriving.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide, mentor, and support co-educators in your classroom; exemplify desired behaviors and provide constructive feedback.
  • Oversee classroom management, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning atmosphere.
  • Act as a role model, fostering a growth mindset to inspire a passion for learning in young children.
  • Implement our unique L.E.A.P. Curriculum, engaging with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a manner tailored to each child's individual needs.
  • Establish a secure, nurturing space where children can engage in play and learning.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's experiences and achievements through various channels.
  • Contribute to the success of your center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet goals related to enrollment and engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues, creating a vibrant environment where play and learning seamlessly integrate.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: 1 year of professional teaching experience; a minimum of six months required.
  • Preferred: Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field; high school diploma/GED required.
  • Proven understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Must comply with state-specific guidelines for the role.

Compensation: $24.00 per hour
