Position Summary:

As the Head of Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for making informed decisions that prioritize the interests of both guests and the organization. This role encompasses various responsibilities related to repairs, maintenance, and preventative measures as needed. Adhering to the core values of the organization is essential for success in this position.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Compensation: $25.99 / hour
  • Work Schedule: Full Time
  • Experience Level: Advanced

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the upkeep and repair of company properties
  • Provide guidance and support to fellow maintenance technicians
  • Assist in all aspects of building maintenance, both interior and exterior
  • Prioritize tasks based on team, guest, and business needs
  • Recommend and implement improvements to facilities
  • Demonstrate strong customer service capabilities
  • Lead the maintenance team and report to the Maintenance Manager
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in construction or facilities maintenance (or equivalent experience)
  • High School diploma or equivalent - required
  • Proficient in general carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, and building system installations
  • Familiarity with software programs such as Microsoft Office and Building Automation Systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of electronic access systems and troubleshooting
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights

The expected pay range is $25.99. This reflects the anticipated compensation for this role, with individual decisions based on various factors.
