We are in search of a dedicated individual who possesses:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the hospitality or service sector.
  • Proficiency in the primary language(s) of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all team members comply with the established dress code during their shifts.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Property Management System.
  • Encourage and promote guest recognition by name.
  • Stay informed about all property services and amenities.
  • Answer all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure accuracy in guest reservations and group bookings, including rates, dates, room types, and billing instructions.
  • Organize and manage group reservations effectively, including contracts and billing.
  • Provide exceptional service through concierge offerings and seamless check-in/check-out processes.
  • Address customer complaints related to Front Office operations and assist other departments with billing issues.
  • Respond promptly to guest feedback and concerns, informing supervisors and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist the General Manager in developing departmental objectives, budgets, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate effective labor cost control through scheduling and management practices.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for Front Desk staff.
  • Ensure staff are well-trained and understand their job responsibilities.
  • Participate in personnel actions, including hiring and terminations, in collaboration with management.
  • Maintain accuracy in accounting, billing, and end-of-month procedures.
  • Process Travel Agent commissions and manage hotel donations.
  • Act as the primary contact for guest complaints in the absence of the General Manager.
