Job Summary:

The Front Office Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk services. As a key member of the Peachtree Hospitality Management team, this individual will be responsible for supervising and guiding the guest services team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Daily Shift Processes: Ensure that all team members adhere to our hotel's standards and operating procedures, guaranteeing efficient and seamless operations.
  • Train and Direct Team Members: Provide coaching, counseling, and training to front desk team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a quality operation.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and problems in a prompt and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with other departments, particularly housekeeping and reservations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Cash Handling and Bank Management: Control cash transactions at the front desk and maintain responsibility for personal bank accounts as specified by our hotel's bank agreement policy.
