Overview
This position is ideal for a charismatic leader who thrives on engaging with people and is eager to be part of a company that values its team members.

Key Responsibilities
As the Front Desk Manager, you will oversee the daily functions of the front office and breakfast staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing departmental strategies and objectives.
  • Creating schedules and conducting regular inspections of the front office, breakfast area, and public spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Acting as the manager on duty as required by hotel leadership.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Basic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
  • The physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift or move items up to 10 pounds, and perform various tasks involving manual dexterity.

Preferred Experience
Experience with Marriott and Lightspeed systems is advantageous.

Education & Experience
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a combination of relevant education and experience. A background in hotel management is preferred, with prior management experience being essential.
