Overview
This position is ideal for a charismatic leader who thrives on engaging with guests and fostering a positive atmosphere. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about hospitality and values the well-being of their team members.

Key Responsibilities
As the Front Desk Manager, you will oversee the daily functions of the front office and breakfast personnel. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and implementing departmental strategies and objectives.
  • Conducting regular inspections of the front office, breakfast area, and public spaces to maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Serving as the manager on duty as required.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Basic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Marriott and Lightspeed systems is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or GED; or a combination of education and experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
  • Management experience is essential.
