Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to oversee our front office operations. As a key member of our management team, you will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our standards are consistently met. Your leadership will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide front office staff to uphold the high standards of Valencia Hotel Group.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Participate in the training and development of front office personnel to foster a productive work environment.
  • Maintain open communication with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor daily operations and assist in the management of front office quality and revenue.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests effectively.
  • Respond to emergency situations in accordance with hotel policies.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in hotel operations or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Effective multitasking abilities and composure under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hotel experience is a plus.
  • Food Handler's and TABC Certifications are preferred.
