Position: Bond Release Project Coordinator

Reporting To: Director of Bond Release

Company Overview: DFM Development Services is expanding its operations to enhance client support. We are looking for a dedicated Coordinator to contribute to our Bond Release Services division. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in land and site development, exhibit strong customer service skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of the bond release process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections to assess project progress.
  • Engage in discussions with county officials.
  • Coordinate and communicate with utility service providers.
  • Monitor construction activities on-site.
  • Prepare and submit bond documentation to relevant county and state authorities.
  • Utilize software tools to manage project documentation effectively.
  • Create digital versions of punch lists and related plans for client distribution.
  • Assist the Bond Management Director and Senior Project Managers.
  • Review and analyze construction plans and plats.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, homebuilding, or real estate development.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of permit application and processing is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in office software applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in interpreting construction plans.
