About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Mid Market to join our team at Reputation. As an Account Executive, Mid Market, you will be responsible for identifying and building new business opportunities in the mid-market segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies
- Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Manage and update sales pipeline activity to ensure accurate forecasting
- Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with customers and prospects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3+ years of experience selling enterprise software deals to the executive suite
- Excellent track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience managing and closing complex deals
- Ability to independently develop and create a sales pipeline
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and initiatives
- Ability to drive consensus internally and work well in a team
