Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to medical/surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and professionalism, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia.
- Associates' Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- AHA CPR card.
- One year of RN experience.
- Competitive salary range: $39.61 - $61.40 per hour.
