Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our members and guests, ensuring seamless event execution, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors and users of the lab, effectively handle phone and in-person requests for assistance, and anticipate member needs.
  • Event Execution: Assist in delivering meetings and events, including set-up, catering, and clean-up, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Lab Maintenance: Maintain the appearance of the lab, including reception, meeting rooms, café, member, and common areas, and perform light cleaning duties to ensure the lab meets our brand standards.
  • Community Building: Create a community through contributions to member events, foster ways to engage members and the local community, and generate interest in the lab through local marketing activities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Update, charge, and maintain accurate member information in billing software, and serve as a backup to other similar positions at nearby Serendipity Lab locations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality position.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision, and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive, pleasant, and professional demeanor, exceptional customer service skills, and a high attention to detail.
