Customer Service Leadership Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Director to lead our customer care team at Lumen Technologies Australia Pty. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer service strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer service plans to meet business objectives
