As an IT Help Desk Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary resource for diagnosing and resolving a range of technology-related issues. You will utilize helpdesk software to manage tasks and be at the forefront of assisting end-users with hardware, software, networking, telecommunication, and various technical challenges. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- An Associate Degree or higher
- At least 2 years of IT Helpdesk experience along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant expertise.
- Exceptional communication abilities in person, via phone, and in written form.
- Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
- Capability to troubleshoot remotely using phone, web conferencing, and remote access tools.
