We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Planned Parenthood of Southern New England, Inc.

This is a full-time position working out of our New Haven Health Center and traveling to surrounding health centers.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client-centered customer service, support clinicians in delivering high-quality healthcare services, and participate in health center initiatives to achieve productivity and revenue cycle goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing factual, non-biased patient information and education
  • Performing technical clinical functions such as blood pressure, venipuncture, and lab work
  • Assisting with office functions like reception, telephone triage, and supply management
  • Ensuring a welcoming environment that values diversity and promotes equity

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
